Virus Ahhh Scary. Don't Clock Rawr Oh No

Ello boys! I feel Mexican today because the cold will not go away. You would think it would start to warm up... nah, still got another 2 months. That's like 3 and a half months of warmth before it's cold again. I honestly have no clue why people live here. Hahaha the only reason I say this is because we are out, zip, zadda, nadda, zero, indoor places to tract or find that we haven't exhausted already except talking to people in Walmart, But don't worry that won't stop us. This week was a challenging one. Tuesday night we stayed with the ZL's and then drove to the airport at 4 AM then went back in town and waited for all the missionaries transferring out of Rapid at the stake center. That was fun seeing all the Elders there! I would say I know half of the mission now which makes social events pretty fun! Anyways I went and worked in someone named Elder Fraidenburge's area for the day with him. It was a good time! We were at Walmart when we saw the pharmacy. I looked over to Elder Fraidenburge and said yo booster? I want like 40 just to make sure I'm safe so we both got the Mederma one because why not. haha he needed one for Ecuador because he is leaving soon and I will probably need one if God wants me in Japan. Then that night I picked up my new companion named Elder Bouhwis and we drove back to good old Belle Fourche at 9:25 pm. I got told I was going to be the district leader at 9:30 pm by my ZLs calling me to see if everyone was home lol. So I'm excited for that! I already got some fire District councils planned out. Anyways the next day I had 5 lessons planned out but during studies I started to feel off and then I remembered I got that booster the day before. Man that day was probably one of the hardest on my mission haha. I had non stop chills and felt like I was gonna pass out while dragging my comp who had no clue what was happening around to everything, haha. That night I walked into the apartment and instantly passed out. Luckily it only lasted 1 day. Thinking back on it I probably could have just taken some ibuprofen and been fine but it is what it is ha. This week though we got some good lessons in. One of the people planning to get baptized soon is on day 6 of no smoking and drinking so we are really excited about that! Also Elizabeth was baptized yesterday!!! That was awesome. I was able to be there the whole process for her and am now working with her kids! I was able to talk about baptism for the service and share some fun stories about her. I am also excited for a young couple going to BH we found! We knocked on their door and it was a girl that opened up with no pants on. So we went inside. She went in the back and her boyfriend came out and we taught him the resto but we were able to go back and teach them both. They are super nice and seem super interested. Anyways I am in the war chapters in Alma now and they are amazing. Very entertaining to read and I learn fighting tactics like aiming for the scalp with a sword. intimidation lvl. 99. Keep the faith everyone because your Father in Heaven is always there whether you are to deaf to hear him or not.

Dearest regards - Elder Parker
